Overview
Reimagined the Success Hub landing page on Walmart Marketplace's Seller Center — the primary workspace where sellers manage their item listings. The goal was to reduce seller effort in identifying and acting on listing opportunities, while making bulk editing workflows more intuitive and efficient.
Approach
Conducted seller usability research to diagnose friction in the existing bulk editing flow. Redesigned the page architecture to group bulk actions more intuitively by task type, and introduced an insights data ribbon surfacing key performance signals at a glance. Infused opportunity labels into the item-centric listing editing experience, enabling sellers to understand the relative priority and potential impact of each action before committing time to it.
Outcome
The revamped Success Hub materially reduced the cognitive load of the listing management workflow, helping sellers act on higher-priority opportunities faster. Opportunity labels drove measurable improvements in task completion rates, and the streamlined bulk editing experience reduced time-on-task for high-volume catalog updates.
