Overview

Engaged with Cruise's product and engineering teams to develop an analytics and operational data strategy for their next-generation autonomous vehicle platform. The focus was on building frameworks to extract actionable insights from large-scale fleet telemetry and operational event data.

Approach

Mapped existing data pipelines and identified gaps in real-time operational visibility. Designed a structured approach to KPI definition, anomaly detection, and fleet performance reporting, working cross-functionally with safety, engineering, and operations teams.

Outcome

Produced a roadmap for a unified fleet operations dashboard and data governance model, enabling Cruise teams to make faster, data-backed decisions on route optimization, safety incident response, and hardware deployment prioritization.
